Dear author,
I really enjoy enjoyed this book, but i have came across some questions about this book. What made the author write this book? In the book, there were also some misspelled words, or was she talking in slave? Was this novel based on a true story of somebody, or did you just searched up their tradition and how they live? I also have read some chapters that i really think wasn't neccessary. To me it seems as if it took forever to get to the point. This book also taught me a lot of lessons. One was that it teaches me that i should enjoy my life as it is now. I say this because of what the slaves been through in this novel and their lifetime. I also wanted to know what does their songs mean in african language? I was alos thinking that why would a white slave owner like a black slave? Did he really like Amari, or did he just use her for sex? Also why couldn't there be any happiness in the book? I know it's about slavery, but sometimes sad books makes you not want to read it, and most sad books can sometimes be intresting. In conclusion, the Copper Sun was a marvelous book.
